Tony leads the Knowledge Management Team at Lane Medical Library. His team is responsible for library information systems including the web application and website that provide a unified interface for searching and accessing 15,000 online journals, books, databases and clinical tools licensed by the library.
Professional Interests
Application of Technology to Knowledge Work is a principal professional interest. How information sharing tools and human dynamics coalesce in different environments fascinates me. My experience leading knowledge sharing and collaboration initiatives at Apple Computer, Cisco, Fujitsu, NASA and FAA have taught me a lot about what works and what does not in these complex techno-social efforts.
